Miso Marinated Salmon
Recipe #R645 | Serves 4
|10 oz white miso paste|
|2 tbsp fresh ginger, minced|
|2 cloves garlic, finely chopped|
|3/4 cup sake|
|1/4 cup mirin|
|2 lb s fresh salmon filet, cut into 8 pieces|
|2 tbsp vegetable oil|
- In a bowl, whisk together miso, ginger and garlic. Whisk in sake and mirin. Add salmon, cover and chill for 4 to 6 hours to marinate.
- Heat the oil in a non-stick skillet. Add salmon and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side or till golden brown and cooked through. Serve warm.
