Hot & Creamy Artichoke Dubliner

Ingredients
  • 12 oz artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp dried oregano
  • 2 tbsp onion, grated
  • 2 cups Dubliner Irish Cheese, grated
  • Cocktail rye bread, Melba toast, or crackers
  1. Combine all ingredients and spoon the mixture into an 8-inch baking dish.
  2. Bake for 30 minutes at 300 degrees.
  3. Serve hot with cocktail rye bread, Melba toast, or any of your favorite crackers.
