- Pepper, to taste
- Honey Mustard:
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves, chopped

- Italian:
- 3 tablespoons aged balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Thinly sliced basil leaves
Directions
- Preheat grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- Brush onions with oil and season with salt and pepper, to taste. Using a spatula, carefully slide onion rounds onto grill. Cook without turning until softened and grill marks develop, about 8 minutes.
