Clementine and Thai Basil Mocktail

The combination of citrus and Thai basil makes this drink a tasty little light and refreshing non-alcoholic libation.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces clementine soda
  • 2 ounces tonic water
  • 1 ounce Som Thai Basil Tart and Sweet Mixer
  • 1 large ice cube
  • Clementine or mandarin wheel, for garnish
  • Sprig of Thai basil, for garnish

Directions:

  1. In a shaker, stir together clementine soda, tonic water, and Som mixer.
  2. Place an ice cube or two in a Collins or old-fashioned glass. Pour mocktail over ice and garnish with orange wheel and Thai basil.
