
Protein Waffles Recipe

Protein Waffles
Serves 6-7 waffles
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups buckwheat flour
- 1/2 cup Epic Protein Vanilla Lucama Powder
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Toppings (optional):
- sliced banana, dark chocolate chips, chopped nuts
Directions:
- Preheat waffle iron according to manufacturer's instructions.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together dry ingredients. In a large liquid measuring cup, whisk together wet ingredients.
- Add wet mixture to dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Cook waffles according to the instructions for your waffle iron. Serve warm, with toppings as desired.
