Protein Waffles Recipe


  • 1 1/2 cups buckwheat flour
  • 1/2 cup Epic Protein Vanilla Lucama Powder
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Toppings (optional):
  • sliced banana, dark chocolate chips, chopped nuts


  1. Preheat waffle iron according to manufacturer's instructions.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together dry ingredients. In a large liquid measuring cup, whisk together wet ingredients.
  3. Add wet mixture to dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. Cook waffles according to the instructions for your waffle iron. Serve warm, with toppings as desired.
