Strawberry-Elderflower Sparkler

Elderflower liqueur gives this muddled berry and gin cocktail it’s floral summery flavor – and a splash of our Metropolitan Market Sparkling Water keeps it light and refreshing. This cocktail is so easy you’ll want to make it all season long.


  • 2 ripe strawberries, hulled, plus more for garnish Organic strawberries
  • 2 oz gin Captive Spirits Gin
  • 1 oz elderflower liqueur St Germain Liqueur
  • Metropolitan Market Sparkling Water


  1. Muddle strawberries in a cocktail shaker. Add gin, elderflower liqueur and ice. Shake until cold, strain into a lowball glass. Top with sparkling water and garnish with strawberries.
