Strawberry-Elderflower Sparkler Cocktail

Elderflower liqueur gives this muddled, berry and gin cocktail it's floral summery flavor and a splash of sparkling water keeps it light and refreshing. This cocktail is so easy you'll want to make it all season long.


  • 2 strawberries, hulled, plus more for garnish Organic strawberries
  • 2 ounces gin Captive Spirits Gin
  • 1 ounce elderflower liqueur St Germain Liqueur
  • Ice
  • Sparkling water


  1. Muddle strawberries in cocktail shaker.
  2. Add gin, elderflower liqueur, and ice. Shake until cold. Strain into a lowball glass.
  3. Top with sparkling water and garnish with strawberries.
