The Met Manhattan

The classic Manhattan gets a sweet makeover with the addition of cherries.


  • 2 oz bourbon
  • 2 shakes of Angostura bitters
  • 1/2 oz sweet vermouth
  • 2 tsp juice from bottled Luxardoor or Orasella brand cherries
  • 2 - 3 Luxardo or Orasella cherries


  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine bourbon, bitters, vermouth and cherry juice. Add ice, and stir slowly until thoroughly chilled. Pour into a glass and garnish with cherries.
