  • 8 ounces antipasti bar favorites (such as olives, roasted garlic, and capers)
  • 4 ounces feta cheese, cubed
  • Italian dressing (a light-colored vinegar and oil looks best)

Directions:

  1. Combine shrimp, antipasti, and cheese in a bowl. Toss gently to combine.
  2. Spoon into one or more jars. Fill jar with dressing. Cover and chill up to 2 days.
  3. Serve as an appetizer with picks and sliced baguette.
