Cognac Julep
Makes 6, 2.5oz cocktails
Ingredients:
- 20 mint leaves, plus more for serving
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 8 oz cognac
- 6 oz bourbon
- 1/2 tsp bitters
Directions:
- Muddle mint with sugar in a small pitcher or quart mason jar.
- Add cognac, bourbon, and bitters, stir to combine.
- Pour into julep glasses filled with crushed ice. Serve garnished with mint.
