Cranberry Daiquiri

You’ll enjoy the tart, cheerful flavor of this cocktail. The amount of simple syrup is a suggestion — you can adjust the sweetness to your personal taste. We recommend using a chilled glass.


  • 2 1/2 oz (1/4 cup + 1 Tbsp) rum, spiced or white
  • 2 oz (1/4 cup) cranberry juice
  • 1/2 oz (1 Tbsp) lime juice
  • 1 oz (2 Tbsp) simple syrup (more or less to taste)
  • 3 strip orange peel
  • Ice


  1. Fill shaker with ice. Add rum, cranberry juice, lime juice, and simple syrup. Shake well.
  2. Strain into a chilled coupe. Twist the orange peel into a tight spiral and add to the drink.
