Cynar Martini Cocktail Recipe

Cynar Martini Cocktail

Makes 1

Cynar is a bitter, Italian liqueur that's the perfect after-dinner drink due to its digestive properties. It's a sweeter, more approachable amaro that dresses up this holiday martini.

Ingredients:

  • Ice
  • 1 ounce gin
  • 1 ounce dry vermouth
  • 1 ounce Cynar
  • Lemon twist, for garnish

Directions:

  1. In a mixing glass or shaker of ice, add gin, vermouth, and Cynar. Stir until well chilled.
  2. Strain into a chilled martini class. Garnish with lemon twist.
