Cynar is a bitter, Italian liqueur that’s the perfect after-dinner drink due to its digestive properties. It’s a sweeter, more approachable amaro that dresses up this holiday martini.
Ingredients:
- 1 oz (2 Tbsp) gin
- 1 oz (2 Tbsp) dry vermouth
- 1 oz (2 Tbsp) Cynar
- Ice
- Garnish:
- lemon twist
Directions:
- In a mixing glass or shaker of ice, add first three ingredients and stir until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled martini class. Garnish with lemon twist.
