Dirty Martini Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients:

• Ice
• 2 1/2 ounces vodka
• 1 1/2 ounces dry vermouth
• 1/8 ounce olive brine (3/4 teaspoon)
• 2 dashes orange bitters
• Extra virgin olive oil
• Lemon twist, for garnish
• Green olives, for garnish

Directions:

1. In a mixing glass or shaker half full of ice, combine vodka, vermouth, 1 tablespoon water, olive brine, and bitters. Stir until chilled.
2. Strain into a martini glass. Top with a few drops olive oil. Garnish with a twist and an olive or two.
