  • 1 oz (1/4 cup) cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp almonds
  • 1/8 cup raspberries
  • 1/8 cup blueberries
  • 1/8 cup strawberries
  • 2 Tbsp sliced cucumber
  • 2 Tbsp fresh red bell pepper


  1. Start with kale as your base in a large single-serving bowl or on a plate and arrange the other ingredients on top as you like. Drizzle with your dressing of choice.
