Healeo Green Drink Recipe

Healeo Green Drink

Serves 1

Looking to add more fruit and veggie goodness to your life? Do it the juicing way! This combo from our friends at Healeo, a Seattle-based juice company, is delicious and nutritious.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 2 stalks celery, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1 stalk of kale, roughly chopped
  • A few spinach leaves
  • 1 apple, quartered, seeds removed
  • 1 sprig parsley
  • Squeeze of lime

Directions:

  1. You can make this juice with either a cold-press juicer or with a basic blender.
  2. Cold Press Juicer:
  3. Process all the ingredients, except for the lime, in the order listed in your juicer. Add lime juice, to taste.
  4. Blender:
  5. Layer all the ingredients in order in the blender pitcher, and process until pureed. You may need to add up to 1/4 cup of water to get the blender going.
  6. Enjoy chilled or at room temperature.
