Korean-Inspired Bo Ssam Pork Sliders Recipe

Korean-Inspired Bo Ssam Pork Sliders

MAKES 2 DOZEN

Bo Ssam is a traditional Korean dish in which pork shoulder is boiled with spices, sliced thin, and served with gochujang, kimchee, radish salad, and lettuce. Here, we place everything on a bun to enjoy all the components together in single, finger food, bites.

Ingredients:

  • Maple Ancho Bo Ssam Pork
  • 1/2 cup kimchee
  • 1/2 cup pickled radish
  • 1/4 cup gochujang
  • 1 head green leaf lettuce, torn into 24 pieces
  • 24 Hawaiian sweet rolls

Directions:

  1. Make the bo ssam following the recipe instructions.
  2. Once the meat is ready, shred it for sliders.
  3. Place a piece of lettuce on the bottom of each bun and top with pulled pork, kimchee, pickled radish, and gochujang.
