Ingredients:

  • 12 small jarred oysters, drained
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped cooked bacon
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons dry bread crumbs
  • 12 crostini
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Place oysters on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess moisture.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together butter, parmesan, garlic, parsley, bacon, and hot sauce.
