Kale and Ginger Popsicles

Nutrient-rich kale provides vibrant color to these popsicles with added zing from citrus and ginger.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 3 cups chopped kale or spinach
  • 3 cups pineapple chunks (about 1 whole pineapple)
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 tablespoon grated, peeled fresh ginger root

Optional Ingredients

  • 6 servings hydration drops

Directions

  1. Place ingredients in a blender in the order listed. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into popsicle molds, add sticks, and freeze until firm.
