Apple Palmer Mocktail

Makes 1

A sparking apple twist on a classic Arnold Palmer, we combine black tea with muddled lemon, crushed mint, and sparkling apple cider. Light and refreshing!

Ingredients:

  • 3 lemon slices, divided use
  • 2 mint leaves plus 1 sprig mint
  • Crushed ice
  • 3 ounces sparkling apple cider
  • 6 ounces black tea, room temperature

Directions:

  1. Place 2 lemon slices and 2 mint leaves in the bottom of a glass. Add a sprinkle of ice. Use a muddler to crush lemon slices and mint against ice.
  2. Top off glass 3/4 full with ice. Add sparkling cider to fill glass halfway.
  3. Slowly pour iced tea into glass so that it floats on top and two layers of color appear.
  4. Garnish with a slice of lemon and a sprig of mint.
