4-Ingredient Crab and Artichoke Quesadillas

Use pre-made dip to quickly serve up these elevated quesadillas.
Ingredients
- 8 (12-inch) flour tortillas
- 1/2 pound crab and artichoke dip
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- Tabasco sauce
Directions
- Spread 2 tablespoons crab and artichoke dip over a tortilla. Evenly distribute 1/4 cup cheese over the top. Sprinkle with tabasco. Cover with second tortilla and press down slightly. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Preheat grill to medium heat. Carefully lay quesadillas over grates. Cover and cook 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melty. Flip and lightly toast other side. Cut into triangles and serve immediately.
