Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe


  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1 cup drained, chopped artichoke hearts, from a can or jar
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons dried onion granules
  • OPTIONAL (for serving):
  • Crostini, tortilla chips, or crackers


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix all dip ingredients until well combined. Spoon mixture into a greased 8-inch baking dish.
  3. Bake 20 to 30 minutes until golden brown and hot. Lightly cover with foil if top browns too quickly.
  4. Serve hot with crostini, tortilla chips, or your favorite crackers.
