Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup champagne vinegar or rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon finely diced shallot
  • 1/2 teaspoon whole black peppercorns (finely crushed)
  • Pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Stir well to combine.
  2. Serve spooned over freshly shucked oysters.
