Warm Olive-Herb Goat Cheese

Serves 3-4

You’ll always be ready for cocktail hour with this easy recipe!


  • 4 ounces Metropolitan Market Goat Cheese, plain or Garlic & Herb
  • 2 Tbsp olive tapenade from the Metropolitan Market Olive Bar
  • 2 Tbsp Metropolitan Market Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh thyme or other herbs


  1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
  2. Oil a small shallow baking dish. Slice or crumble cheese into pieces and scatter in dish. Drizzle with oil and tapenade.
  3. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until hot.
  4. Serve with sliced baguette, your favorite crackers, or crisp vegetables.
