Grilled Peach Ice Cream Sundae

If you want to impress company with a showstopping dessert, these grilled peach ice cream sundaes will never let you down. With only four ingredients, it comes together in a flash. Just make sure you've got a good balsamic vinegar like Metropolitan Market's Balsamic Vinegar to top it all off.

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe but firm peaches
  • Vegetable oil for brushing
  • Aged balsamic vinegar
  • Vanilla bean ice cream

Directions

  1. Preheat grill to medium.
  2. Halve peaches and remove pits. Brush both sides with oil.
  3. Place peaches on grill, cut side down. Cook 3 to 4 minutes or until grill marks develop. Carefully flip peaches over and cook 1 to 2 minutes more.
  4. Transfer to a serving platter or individual dishes. Top each peach half with a scoop of ice cream and drizzle with a little balsamic vinegar.
