Lemon Tuxedo Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 oz (3 Tbsp) gin
• 1/2 oz (1 Tbsp) fino sherry
• 2 tsp lemon juice
• 1/4 oz (1 1/2 tsp) simple syrup
• 2 dashes orange bitters
• Ice
• Garnishes:
• hyme sprig and lemon twist

Directions:

1. In a mixing glass or shaker of ice, add gin, sherry, lemon juice, simple syrup, and bitters. Stir until well chilled.
2. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with lemon twist and thyme sprig.
