
Smoky Grilled Shrimp
Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp (16/20 count) (peeled and deveined)
- 1/2 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Directions
- Preheat grill or cast iron pan over medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, toss shrimp, chili powder, salt, and olive oil.
- Cook shrimp 2 minutes. Flip and cook an additional 1 to 2 minutes. Remove as soon as they turn opaque.
Cook Tips
Thread 3 - 5 shrimp with two bamboo skewers to prevent them from falling through grill grates and make them easier to flip.
