How to Build a Bagel Brunch Board

Ingredients
- 8 ounces prepared salmon spread
- 3 ounces hot smoked salmon
- 3 ounces lox
- 1 English cucumber (sliced)
- 1 large avocado (sliced)
- 1 lemon (cut into wedges)
- 1 cup Pickled Red Onions
- 1/3 cup crème fraîche
- 1 cup pickled caper berries
- 1/4 cup drained capers
- 1/2 ounce fresh dill
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
- 6 assorted bagels
Directions
- Assemble the board with everything but the bagels. Begin with larger items first. Fill in spaces with smaller items. Consider the use of small pinch bowls. Cover and refrigerate board until ready to serve.
