
Radish and Butter Tea Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 1 bunch radishes
- 6 thin bread slices (white or rye), crusts removed
- 4 tablespoons salted butter

Directions
- Using a mandoline or sharp knife, slice radishes paper-thin. Set aside.
- Lay bread slices on a large cutting board. Butter the tops generously.
