
Sesame Kimchee Slaw Recipe

Sesame Kimchee Slaw
Serves 6
This easy and flavorful slaw was created to go with our Gochujang-Glazed Black Cod. Try it with grilled meats or other types of fish, too.
Ingredients:
- Salad:
- 4 cups shredded purple or green cabbage, about 1/2 head
- 2 cups shredded carrots
- 1 cup diagonally sliced snap peas, or sliced green bell pepper
- 1/2 bunch cilantro, coarsely chopped
- 1/4 cup kimchee, chopped or sliced
- Dressing:
- 4 tsp unsweetened rice wine vinegar
- 4 tsp tamari or soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- Garnish:
- 2 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Directions:
- In a large bowl, combine salad ingredients.
- In a small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients.
- Drizzle dressing over salad and toss. Taste and add more vinegar or other dressing ingredients to your taste.
- Top with sesame seeds just before serving.
