With a tart cranberry blush and a warm gingery kick, this fun mocktail is sure to be a crowd pleaser.

Ingredients

  • 2 cranberries
  • 1 thin slice ginger (peeled)
  • 2 thin slices satsuma mandarins (divided use)
  • Crushed ice
  • 5 ounces sparkling cranberry-apple cider

Directions

  1. Place 2 cranberries, a slice of ginger, and a satsuma slice in the bottom of a tumbler. Add a sprinkle of crushed ice. Use a muddler to crush everything together.
  2. Top off glass with more ice. Fill with sparkling cider. Stir gently.
  3. Garnish with a slice of satsuma.
  4. Bartender's Tip:
  5. Mandarin oranges include tangerines, clementines (aka “Cuties”), and satsumas. They are generally smaller and sweeter than regular oranges. They are a little flatter in shape, have thinner skins, and are mostly seedless. If satsumas are unavailable, substitute with tangerines or clementines.
