Heirloom Tomatoes and Peach-O-Rama Peach Salad

Serves 4


  • 2 heirloom tomatoes (1.5 lb)
  • 2 Peach-O-Rama peaches (1.5 lb)
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced fresh basil
  • 1 burrata balls
  • 2 tsp Maldon salt or 1 table salt
  • 1 tsp Urfa Biber chili flakes
  • 2 Tbsp Metropolitan Market Extra Virgin Olive Oil


  1. Cut tomatoes into 12 wedges and place on a platter. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil and sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon Maldon salt. Set aside until ready to eat.
  2. Just before serving, cut peaches into 12 wedges and gently toss with tomatoes. Place burrata in the center of the platter. Drizzle with remaining olive oil and sprinkle with Urfa Biber Chile flakes and Maldon salt. Garnish with basil and serve.
