Peach Bruschetta

Makes 12 to 15 crostini

Summer peaches, tomatoes, and basil team up for a sensational no-sweat appetizer everyone will love. Scoop it generously on our Metropolitan Market Crostini.


  • 1 cup peaches, medium diced
  • 1 cup ripe tomatoes, medium diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 2 Tbsp basil leaves, finely shredded
  • 1 Tbsp Metropolitan Market Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Metropolitan Market Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 12 Metropolitan Market Crostini


  1. In a large bowl, gently toss together the peaches, tomatoes, red onion, basil, vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. (If you want to make it an hour or two ahead of serving, add salt and pepper just before serving. Cover and chill.)
  2. Top each crostini with a generous spoonful of the peach mixture. Arrange on a platter to serve.
