Ingredients

  • 1 ripe Comice pear
  • 4 slices prosciutto (cut in half)
  • 1/2 cup arugula or watercress

Directions

  1. Cut pear into 8 wedges. Top each with arugula leaves and wrap in a piece of prosciutto. Serve at once.
