Holiday Pear Wrapped in Prosciutto

Ingredients
- 1 ripe Comice pear
- 4 slices prosciutto (cut in half)
- 1/2 cup arugula or watercress
Directions
- Cut pear into 8 wedges. Top each with arugula leaves and wrap in a piece of prosciutto. Serve at once.
- VARIATION:
- Spread each slice of pear with a soft, creamy herb or goat cheese before wrapping with prosciutto.
