Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip
Serves 8
Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 1 cup drained, chopped artichoke hearts (from a can or jar)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup frozen chopped spinach (thawed and squeezed dry)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons dried onion granules
- OPTIONAL (for serving):
- Crostini, tortilla chips, or crackers
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, mix all dip ingredients until well combined. Spoon mixture into a greased 8-inch baking dish.
- Bake 20 to 30 minutes until golden brown and hot. Lightly cover with foil if top browns too quickly.
- Serve hot with crostini, tortilla chips, or your favorite crackers.
