Ingredients

  • 12 ounces spiced rum
  • 2 (12 ounce) bottles ginger beer
  • 2 cups fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
  • 1 (750 ml) bottle champagne or sparkling wine (chilled)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves
  • 1 grapefruit (thinly sliced)
  • Ice cubes (for serving)

Directions

  1. Combine rum, ginger beer, grapefruit juice, and champagne in large punch bowl.
  2. Mix in mint leaves and sliced grapefruit.
  3. Ladle punch into serving glasses, over ice.
