Tuna Salad with a Wasabi Kick Recipe


  • 1 can water pack Albacore tuna(or fresh tuna grilled or poached)
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup celery or water chestnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 - 3/4 cup Wasabi Lime Mustard
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise (optional)
  • Black pepper (optional)
  • Sandwich bread or rice crackers


  1. Combine tuna, cilantro, green onion, celery or water chestnuts in a bowl. Stir in mustard and mayonnaise, if desired. Season with pepper, to taste.
  2. Serve the tuna salad with bread or rice crackers, if desired. Or, use to make Asian-style fresh salad rolls with rice paper or lettuce.
