May 9, 2022  |   by Brooklynn Johnson

We’ve all been there: It’s been a long day, the commute was brutal, and making anything that resembles a meal sounds impossibly daunting. So, we challenged ourselves to create incredible recipes that need no more than four ingredients and, better yet, use some of our customer-favorite Best of Met items.

The Recipe: Crab Cakes with Sesame-Ginger Slaw

Crab cakes feel fancy but they’re so easy to cook—just a few minutes on each side in a skillet and they’re ready to devour. We’ve paired them with a bright, crunchy slaw.

The Star: Large AA Organic Eggs

The Recipe: Oven-Roasted Hash

Breakfast for dinner—or brinner, if you were to use the ultra-scientific, technical term—is a tasty and almost nostalgic way to end the day. This one is loaded with potatoes and red peppers. Bacon is a must, sriracha mayo optional!
